I was charged for a deposit that wasn't mentioned when booking that I still haven't been refinded, the room was just horrible, claimed free breakfast, but none was to be had.

I can't even try to explain how bad hotel was. heater/ac sounded like a semi was in room. bathroom so dirty I didn't even think about taking a shower. ad says breakfast buffet but nothing. worst hotel ever
