The key of the room was not working and it was late in the night, super cold, and we had to go to talk with the reception at least 3 times until they decide to move us to the other room.. however they didn’t even go outside with us to try to help or move us to other room!

Location was good for our purposes. It was nice to walk to Ruby Tuesday and get a 10% discount on our meal.
Negatives:
The facility is older so we weren’t expecting much. However, the shower was a challenge to use. In order to turn on the water you had to use force to pull the knob; the back plate separated from the wall. Not user friendly-this should be immediately addressed! Also, in talking with another guest at breakfast, she experienced the same scenario, but she thought she had no water!

Breakfast selection was lacking. No hot items or toaster on breakfast bar. Pool was gross, green and not usable. Maybe pool under renovations soon?
