Rooms were decent, had a weird smell. Beds were comfortable and A/C was cold

Advertised that they had a pool and it may have had some kind of new species of algae growing. It was green as green can get. That was a selling point for me and other places. I wouldn't have booked had I known the pool was out of commission.

It was supposed to be a nonsmoking room. The smoke detector was covered up by a plastic Walmart bag and it smelled very bad in the room. The furniture had stains on them. The staff walked in on me as I was getting ready after taking a shower.

1st room very dirty-beds dirty, stains, hair, looked slept in. Dirty towels on floor, unclean bathroom, floors dirty. 2nd room- office worker gave us key to an occupied room that we walked in on (scared us and them!). 3rd room- beds still dirty and unkempt, floors dirty, tables sticky, grandchild found a tray with drugs under seat cushion of chair....extremely discusted of dirty and unsafe environment. Awaiting cancelation refund request.

Room was filthy & smelled so strongly of smoke that my clothes smelled of it the next 2 days. Sheets had obviously not been washed - debris, hair, & splotches. Floors were filthy - I could not walk barefoot without junk getting stuck to my feet.
