One of the reasons that we booked a stay there was for an indoor heated pool. I even called before I booked the room to make sure that the indoor heated pool was working. I was told that it was. We arrive with two very tired baseball players, who needed to get into heated water due to sore muscles from playing ball all day. The pool was not heated. It was frigid and cold. Upon telling staff, staff called management, and management said it could not be run during the summer. It is fall. We will likely not stay in a Red Roof Inn again. Not a very good first experience.
