I showed up for my reservation and the office was closed. Rang the bell no one came. Called the office number and no one answered. I had to go somewhere else.

I like that the rooms are quite big, very clean and spacious, I like that it has a big tv, and a standard size fridge, instead of a tiny fridge.
Negatives:
I don't like that the beds aren't at least a queen in the double rooms, bigger people need bed space too. And I don't like a staff member who treats me as a liar, and I hate they say no visitors, not even if it's 2 of your kids, who only stay a few hours, with their parents and disabled brother, then leave and go home. Family should be allowed to visit for a few hours especially since this family is dealing with being broken apart due to homelessness. But family or friends just visiting for a few hours period.

The room smelled bad, the floors were sticky while walking on them, the air conditioner was leaking water onto the floor of the room, the power outlets on the desk in the room did not work, there was no lighting in the sink area by the bathroom, and the bathtub and toilet had stains in them. Overall disgusting accommodations.
