They charged me a pet fee and I have no pets, they put me in a smoking room and I have never requested a smoking room it smelt like a ash tray I lost my jewelry I ask the boy at desk if he could look in the lost items box 3 times nicely he told me to come back the next day instead of looking. He blames booking that my card was declined and it was them not booking. I have never been treated so bad by Jay Patel and the boy in the office

The rod for the shower is almost off the wall, the curtain kept going in the middle and we had to put towels on the floor to keep the water dried up. The toilet kept rocking when you either sat down or got up. The bed was horrible. We literally met in the middle. The floor is filthy, from shower to bed back to sink and bed our feet were dirty. Crack under door, had to put a towel down to block out the light.

This motel offers a basic room for a good price. The hot water, microwave, mini-fridge all worked well. The linens were clean, with plenty of towels. The breakfast was very basic - heat and eat frozen waffles and muffins, instant oatmeal, coffee. The location was convenient for the convention center event we were attending. There is a Cracker Barrel across the street and a Waffle House next to the Burger King next to the motel.
Negatives:
The room shows its age - worn carpet, dings in the furniture - not extreme but consistent with the lower-than-average price of the room. It would be nice to have a waffle maker rather than frozen waffles.
