Everything. We were kept waiting in the lobby one and half hours. Desk agent Nigeria tried everything she could to help . The manager was worthless. Was told the same situation happened day before with reservations thru Booking.com. We were offered a room at a much higher rate. We refused. We are seniors 75 + and been driving for seven hours. We were tired and hungry and it was now dark outside. After one a half hours of waiting we left. Hampton Inn should have honored our reservation but they didn’t. If there is a problem with Booking.com fix it.
