Great location for our trip to TN. Easy on & off to Route 441. Room was in pretty good condition, with lots of places to eat at nearby.

I really don't like it when you want to watch the tv, and there isn't any channel guide. The gentleman that was responsible for the breakfast area was not very friendly, and he was unprepared for customers to eat. We arrived right when the breakfast was supposed to be available, and there was no waffle batter made up yet. The juice machine wasn't on, so the juice was warm. The selection of food was ok, but not anything special. I wish there had been more options of something hot to eat. Also, the TV had CNN on, and I would have preferred some local news, rather than listen to propaganda. In other words, I didn't feel appreciated by the front desk person, who was also the person taking care of the breakfast area.

Positives:
The beds & pillows were comfortable. The room was not properly cleaned. The cloth chair in the room was so nasty we were afraid to get near it plus the odor was awful. Floors were not cleaned in the room or bathroom. Previous spills were still on the furniture and the only good thing is this room had LVT floors and not the nasty carpet so that was a blessing. The TV was a big disappointment - hard to get reception or channels.
