Horrible customer service at front desk. Took over 30 mins to check in and I was the only person in line and there were 3 people behind the desk. The elevator didn’t work so you have to walk up and down these stairs that reeks of smoke even thought the hotel is “smoke free”. The rooms smelled like stale smoke, the AC worked but was moist air so you woke up wet. The whole night you could hear people stomping and running around the floors above and talking in the hallways at loud volume. The door handle to the bathroom wasn’t installed. Honestly this is worst then a budget hotel so I recommend you go anywhere but here. Worst experience of my life and I’ve stayed at some ghetto places

They scammed me out of my money. I made the reservation the same day I checked in. Checked into the hotel after 3:00pm EST after a long wait for the shuttle at the airport. The deposit was $50.00 returned after check out, they charged me still. I’ve contacted corporate, my card that was used, and the hotel. They are screening my calls and not answering the phone to fix their mistake. I left after one night and they charged for two. The manager did not leave a voicemail saying she called idk if it was her or the front desk person. They see me calling and use not to answer it. Do not stay at this hotel! They will take your money. It’s not clean.

The front desk lady was very accommodating. I was delayed at immigration as the system went off and Americans were cleared before other nationals. Hence I got to the shuttle station barely after 11pm. I got someone to call the hotel to request whether the shuttle would be coming but I was told they had closed. Booking.com did indicate that the operating hours were between 5am to 11pm so I did understand. However I had to pay 30 dollars for a taxi to the hotel whereas I chose it because it had a free shuttle service. Perhaps the hotel can consider operating the shuttle till 12 midnight as shuttle buses for other hotels were still arriving and picking up guests.

There was a bad smell in the building. The doors could use a coat of paint. They were creaky, too. There were some guests arguing loudly next door, but then this was not the hotel's fault.

The breakfast was tasty, well presented and sufficient, good coffee!
All staff were welcoming, freindly and helpful including the shuttle bus drivers.
The bathroom and bedroom was clean.
so in all we had a very good sleep and a great breakfast.
Very thankful after missing our flight due to unforseen circumstances.

The hotel urgently needs refurbishing. Marked and damaged bathroom door, cupboards and desks.
The hallway carpets and lift was filty with grime and desperately needed vacuuming.
