Man in over breakfast area would not let me enter breakfast area because I had my pet ( 4 lbs) on lease walking with me..I told him he was a service dog n told him I could show proper papers..but he said no..could not enter area..So we had no breakfast for 6 hr drive ..SORRY,I MISS READ,,THIS IS WHAT I DISLIKE,

Was not allowed to enter breakfast area even though I had paperwork for service dog.( 4 pd dog) On lease..This is second time staying here only for price and convenience to airport.. Fighting in room across from mine.. Fighting and young people fighting and arguing on outside..Plainly a local place for prostitution and or drug sales..Same young black lady outside front door with clothes hanging out of big black plastic bag.. Someone really needs to check this location out..I'm going to contact the CEO of Red Roof In and do a " Undercover Boss" at this location..You should at least send me a voucher for 1 night stay...but definitely not at this location..lol I'm 77 yr old woman and was not a good experience either time for me..Have to say,first stay the lady at front desk was really nice.Last stay,,,young man who picked me up at airport should get a big raise n promotion.. Extremely pleasant n nice..

Called bookings to make a report. Spent less than 5 min in the room and checked out. There was sperm and blook and the curtain beside it hanging half way down. The bed sheets were full of stains! Cockroach and ants right at the entrance. Booked a SMOKE FREE room because i have a 5 moth old with me and got a room that smelled like cigarrates. Girls were banging in the doors and people hanging out in halls smoking weed. Weed odor. 2 people in the front desk chased 2 guys and were screaming badworlds. HORRIBLE. Told them all this at the front desk and they said get your refund with your third-party(bookings). FEARED for my LIFE in this hotel. Pictures here are NOTHING the same in real life .

The hotel as a whole from the outside in was TERRIBLE! I stayed here 4 years ago & had a great stay, so I was surprised how bad this place had gotten in 4 years. No idea how they’re still open at this point. The staff was rude, the housekeeping was horrible. Had 2 towels & rags for a family of 4! Sheets were dirty, bathroom was dirty & didn’t lock, had dirty plastic on the widows, dirty window curtains, light was dim & full of bugs. Hole in the ceiling, tv didn’t work right, could only watch 1 channel, floor was dirty. Asked housekeeping for extra towels & they didn’t. Alerted staff about conditions of room & they did nothing, wouldn’t even change my room when asked. This was a horrible family vacation stay. I couldn’t get my money back or be moved to another room. Cleaner room. Strange people walked around the parking lot & hotel all night. Didn’t feel safe to go to my car until morning came. Elevator didn’t work at certain times of day & night, so it wasn’t fun having to walk up 3 flights of stairs in a DIRTY STAIRWELL. This place needs to shutdown & get new management.

The price and the fact that they had a shuttle to the airport was the only reason I choose this hotel. The lady at the front desk was pleasant. I am shocked she was working ALONE at night with all these weirdos' everywhere. The way the room was set up with the living room and the bedroom separated by the bathroom and a door was great however.........

My husband and I arrived at 11:30 PM to catch a 7:00 AM flight out of ATL. There was a cop with a drug sniffing dog in the parking lot all night. There were sketchy people all over the parking lot and inside. I think people down on their luck actually live there. The room was dirty, there was lipstick smeared all over the walls! We slept in our clothes on top of the covers. We should have just gone and slept at the airport!! NEVER WILL I STAY HERE AGAIN.

the bed was comfy. the view was okay. the size of the room was an okay size. the refrigerator and microwave was okay but had to clean it out a little bit.
Negatives:
the towels loooked dirty. sheets had stains on it had two keep getting new sheets the tub needs to be clean with some bleach the bathroom floors need a sticky roller on the flooe to pick up hair. the hallways was kinda trashy needs to stop ppl from hanging in he front of the hotel unless the are checking in and leaving out.
