THE HEATED POOL AMENITY WAS NOT AVAILABLE AS IT WAS UNDERGOING SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE. I SPECIFICALLY CHOSE THIS HOTEL FOR A SPA TRIP AND WAS NOT NOTIFIED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. I REQUESTED A PARTIAL CREDIT AT CHECKIN AND CHECKOUT BUT NONE WAS ISSUED.

The location was everything that I loved. The front desk and staff at restaurant were courteous.
Negatives:
Housekeeping would open doors and allow them to slam on the locks in preparation to clean, but they were so unbelievably loud and unfair to resting staff. The entire walls and doors would rattle!! It was as if they were announcing "it's time to get up and get out" with out actually saying it. This to me is a perfect way to get complaints and negative reviews. Since I am fond of Hilton,and frequent them when I travel, I know that this behavior is not typical of Hilton. But, I sure hope it's corrected.

The property was well kept and close to the hospital my mom was in. I loved that it was in a private and safe area considering I was alone this trip.

Everything was clean but my room smelled stale as if it hadnt been used in a while or the carpet needed a shampoo
