Quiet environment and the size of the room.
Negatives:
My room was not serviced for 2 says. When asked, the House keeper stated that "they all went home". When asked if she could freshened Up the room she anserwerd " ooih no, im the supervisor. i dont clean rooms" the adsistant manager did the cleaning. Horrible customer Service from House keeper. She should be reprimanded. She does not represent Hyatt's valué.
Also no microwave in the room
