Overall, this is a nice hotel. The room was spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was near many restaurants and just a few minutes from the river walk. The lobby and breakfast area was clean and bright.

Nice hotel in a convenient...

The location was perfect for me, the staff was nice and the area felt relatively safe. The hotel was clean and not in a noisy area. I will probably stay here again. But a few things could use some improvements. But overall it was a good stay.
Negatives:
The door on my bathroom didn't lock. Room service never made up my bed, I needed some new pillow cases. Breakfast wasn't consistently fully out by the time it was open. I wake up early and was at breakfast around 7 am, 6:45am, there wasn't any type of meat or protein out or breakfast sandwich. The coffee also tasted awful even with the usual cream and sugar.

The breakfast was fresh everyday.

That I had my do not disturb sign on my door when I left the room for the evening and when I came back a housekeeper had came in and threw my trash as well as a bag full if new things I had just bought from the target. I spoke to multiple employees and they said they would check the cameras and get back to me but no one ever did and being I was in town for my mother's funeral I had to go rebuy some of the things and I hav called a multitude of times since then and no one has even attempted to contact me to let me know anything about my belongings that was taken out of my room.

Overall great experience nothing to complain about. Used the gym and felt comfortable, it was very clean, and organized. The front desk ladies were always so personable and friendly. Ms Myra was so kind caring knowledgeable and sweet truly enjoyed seeing her every time we came and left the hotel.

The facility and the room were nice, it was conveniently located, and pet friendly. It was a good value for the money, and staff were super friendly! I also liked that any noises from the hallway or other rooms were pretty much unnoticeable. (Some places are just soooo noisy!)

I would have liked more breakfast options, but what was offered was acceptable.
