The location. I was here from New Mexico for my sons wedding . I was trying to stay near his house.

I was NOT impressed. We stayed twice. 2 days front of trip. 2 days end of trip. The heated pool was cold. The hot tub was cool. Very disappointing because that was part of the reason we chose it. Much more

I stayed 2 xs. I was here for my sons wedding. (Lots of work) I was looking so forward to the hot tub. It was barely warm. The pool was cold. We were told we asked for a handicapped room when we did not. She wouldnt change it. The staff was not helpful

You can see it from the main road, but you have to go around and under a bridge to get to it.

Overall it was good everything I needed was just around the corner from the motel Walmart etc.
Positives:
It was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. No one was very loud or disruptive. Lighting was working in the building. The pool and Jacuzzi were clean and kept up with.

The lights in the room were very dull, and one light I could figure out how to turn it on. The sofa bed was uncomfortable to sit on as a sofa. Don't know what it would be like as a bed. Had 2 TVs one didn't work.

We kept having to get the room keys reprogrammed, and the back door didn't always work. We kept having to walk around the building to get inside. Front desk is aware of the issue, but apparently, nothing is being done to get it fixed.
