Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Conyers

Negatives: The lack of breakfast selection.

Negatives: The front office staff was horrible. We had an issue with our room and she was not helpful at all. She would smack her lips and roll her eyes everytime we asked anything. We left without staying it was so bad.

Negatives: Absolutely horrible service early morning working was not at the desk 2 times in a row and the front doors would not work with room keys I waited 45 mins and over that the second time while another women inside was having problems breathing and she needed fresh air and couldn’t get out she said she knocked on the office and could hear her talking and she would not come out and when I told her what the problem was she told me it never happened so me not my company will ever be back there and Ive never been mad enough to complain about a hotel

Negatives: Our balcony door did not shut all the way. The latch component was broke. The breakfast was very lack luster.

Negatives: The place wasn't to clean, the elevator didn't work going down . you had to wait for someone that was coming up.or use the stairs.

Negatives: The elevator didn’t work properly (the only way down was by stairs), it smelled and was hot. At check-in they didn’t have 2 joint rooms for us even though we paid for them. Half of our family had to stay on a separate floor where they were renovating and the maid just walked in the room while they were in there. Also they advertised having a pool but it was green and looked like it wasn’t cleaned all summer.

Negatives: Never have clean linens, no hot breakfast, not enough breakfast for all the guests. If not down there by 6am you don't get juice or muffins only a nutrigrain bar or Danish. No hot breakfast as advertised, pool doesn't work, can't get toilet paper when need. All these things I pay for each day I stay why do I have to beg for clean towels every other day and when they give them it's only 2 when I have 4 guest that needs them. Room had terrible lightning. The pictures show 2 end tables with lamps but I have no lamps in the main room but bedroom has one. Air conditioner has a terrible smell coming from it. Lots of cats on the property and lots of construction equipment in the parking lot looks like lumber yard and the outside courtyard sitting area is closed to guest. Afraid to even leave this review as the front desk ladies aren't very nice and I'm afraid they will find a way to make me leave or make it even more uncomfortable. I only stay here because we lost everything. And the location is perfectly close to where I need to be every day and my kids schools. It's secluded and not very busy. Missing smoke alarms. One I changed battery cause kept beeping, missing light socket covers. Small things they could fix so quickly. Just want what I pay for. $145 per night for the last month. This is my family's home for the time being a d I'm paying good money and paying for all amenities listed in the website. I don't get a discount for all the things they don't have so at least let me get clean towels for us. I turn in 4 dirty towels I would like 4 clean ones in return. The refrigerator has a magnet that says housekeeping will come in everyday and replace towels and toiletries and every 3 days full cleaning. I haven't had my room cleaned since I been here. I do it all but I like it that way anyway to ensure it's clean. The laundry room by the lobby cost $ to wash n dry but the dryer doesn't work.

Negatives: No hot breakfast or use of dining room as stated, no pool , never clean towels when requested, price should reflect the amenities not available

Negatives: Never towels available. No hot breakfast as promised no pool and not pet free . Turn in towels and can never get them back
