Pot smoking smell in our room at 7:00PM and again at 12:30AM.
Sofa was dirty and broken in room 316.
No coffee maker to make the coffee that was left in the room. No utensils. Cup and plate left in dishwasher. I went downstairs and asked if I could turn on the coffee pot in the lobby bc I didn’t have one in my room. Nobody offered to do it or get me a coffee maker.
No hair dryer or Iron.
Shower head leaked and ran water down the wall into the floor. Water for the shower was barely warm.
When we were woken by neighbors on Sunday at 6:00AM the entire hotel didn’t have electricity. My daughter and I used the stairs to ascend to the first floor- no emergency lights in the stairs we had to use our flashlights on our phones for safety.
The attendant at the desk acted like nothing was abnormal. She checked us out from the laptop computer and her camping lamp. Then proceeded to open the sliding door for us and say bye.
