Breakfast was inadequate, no protein (no yogurt, eggs, breakfast meats, etc), waffle station inoperable, toaster broken/not functioning … junk truck in parking lot, pictures on website appeared misleading, hvac not functioning properly…manager on site and front desk tried to assist but could not…weed smoke smells were outside and even in hallway … I’m not against marijuana at all, and I live bourbon & cigars, just not where I wanted to spend night for soccer tournament with kids. Felt safe, but felt spoofed from website and Wyndham reputation

My card was charged by your workers for someone else’s reservation . They even took the room I had came in and paid for. Then they confused me and lied about giving free nights to the point my family just left and only stayed the one night. I will never go back here. They made me feel so unappreciated especially having disabled family members needing shelter at that time.
