Negatives: That the Internet didn't work. Staff tried to fix it for us but it still continued not to work. Also we were supposed to have two queen beds, but we had one full and one king which was odd.

Negatives: Never came down to eat

Negatives: We had 2 downstair rooms with family. My grandkids were in one. The people upstairs were smoking marijuana. It was so bad that the entire room smelled. It's illegal. I spoke to front desk about moving but no rooms were available. Instead of confronting the people smoking and stopping them, his solution was to hand my granddaughter a can of air freshener. Made excuses for the offenders. Hotel doors were off level and didn't close good. Bugs crawled in under door , the gap was that big. Furniture was stained and bed covers were stained. They were in need of washing. Continental breakfast was awful. Orange juice was sour. Coffee was cold. Cream was curdled. We had to go eat somewhere else. Floor light stand was broken and leaning against chair. The laundry girl was nice and tried to help but she couldn't fix the problems. It was more than she was capable of handling. Grounds were dirty, trash strewn everywhere. No outside trashcan so trash was just everywhere. Cigarette butts thick in parking areas. Just a nasty place altogether.

My mother also lost her wallet and went back later that day and the worker said house keeping had already cleaned in the room. They went in the room and my mom’s wallet was behind the pillow where she left it 5 hours later. So they don’t clean the rooms like they say. The doors also don’t shut all the way. We had to slide a chair in front of the door.

Negatives: Faulty fixtures in the room, sometimes no light bulbs in the lights. No lights over the jacuzzi tub. Probably need a pest control to come in.
