Days Inn by Wyndham Covington

Negatives: We had 2 downstair rooms with family. My grandkids were in one. The people upstairs were smoking marijuana. It was so bad that the entire room smelled. It's illegal. I spoke to front desk about moving but no rooms were available. Instead of confronting the people smoking and stopping them, his solution was to hand my granddaughter a can of air freshener. Made excuses for the offenders. Hotel doors were off level and didn't close good. Bugs crawled in under door , the gap was that big. Furniture was stained and bed covers were stained. They were in need of washing. Continental breakfast was awful. Orange juice was sour. Coffee was cold. Cream was curdled. We had to go eat somewhere else. Floor light stand was broken and leaning against chair. The laundry girl was nice and tried to help but she couldn't fix the problems. It was more than she was capable of handling. Grounds were dirty, trash strewn everywhere. No outside trashcan so trash was just everywhere. Cigarette butts thick in parking areas. Just a nasty place altogether.

Negatives: It smelled like marijuana in our room. I mean like reeked of it. All the workers did was give us air freshener. Also at breakfast the orange juice was green and the milk was expired. My mother also lost her wallet and went back later that day and the worker said house keeping had already cleaned in the room. They went in the room and my mom’s wallet was behind the pillow where she left it 5 hours later. So they don’t clean the rooms like they say. The doors also don’t shut all the way. We had to slide a chair in front of the door.

Negatives: The entire place smelled of pot.

Negatives: Faulty fixtures in the room, sometimes no light bulbs in the lights. No lights over the jacuzzi tub. Probably need a pest control to come in.

Negatives: The beds are beyond horrible and completely broken down and will cause extreme body aches/pain. But you get what you pay for as it was sooo cheap. The floors were dirty and sticky. There were no towels in the room at all. I’m wondering if the room was even clean prior to check in.

Negatives: The walls are very thin, and we had very loud neighbors both nights.

Negatives: Just needs a little up keep.

Negatives: Room was nasty towels were old dingy burn marks all over

Negatives: Could of been now cleaner just looked dirty hairs in shower dirt behind the doors of room need to be sanitized to pay 90 it should of been better than this was more like a cheap motel than days inn

Negatives: Feet had dirt on them if u didn’t wear shoes, floors were slippery, there were stains on the bedding, the bathroom was filthy, also smelt like cigarettes and wet mold

Negatives: Electrical issues with lights

Negatives: The pillows are to flat

Negatives: Roaches, stinks, musty, hard beds. The AC was so hot it wouldn’t cool the room. The pool was so dirty we didn’t swim, it was old and ran down. Ugh.. I can’t even explain how bad it was. Also we met friends who were local to Covington.. to see the vampire diaries.. and they said “OMG YOU ARE STAYING THERE” they said never ever book there again it’s known for drugs and prostitution, we won’t be back.

Negatives: It was basically falling apart, the pictures lie.. bed sheets, floors and everything was dirty and never felt safe, didnt even stay for the 2nd night we paid for

Negatives: It looked very run down on the outside. thought maybe the inside would be better. but i was wrong. we booked this because it was a cheaper option and the pictures didn't look too bad. the door to our room didn't shut all the way it was cracked the whole time so bugs could get in which they did. the floors and walls were filthy. there was spider webs on the lamps. stains and little hairs all over the bedding. says i can only add 4 photos so that's all i got. but next time im gonna spend the little extra money and not stay in one like this again.
