Breakfast was okay, not great. Beds were reasonably comfortable and rooms were clean.

We did not get the rooms we reserved thru Booking.com. Apparently the hotel only assigns rooms when guests arrive so it takes too long to check in even with "reservations". One of the rooms was too small for the two queen beds - the easy chair was wedged between the chest of drawers and the desk, with no room to sit comfortably. No way to watch TV other than sitting on bed. No attempt was made to service or restock the room. Telephone was inoperable.

I didn't like that I was overcharged $75 for a pet when I don't even own a pet I called there and talked to someone she asked me three times do you own a pet no I do not is if to say I was lying I don't even have a pet so she said the manager would look things over and get back with me oh I didn't receive a phone call so I called back she said the manager had sent me an email and in the email it looked like the $75 was taken off and maybe even the price of the room so I was happy with that thinking it was taken care of I deleted the email I cannot find it currently but I look at my bank account today and the 75 and the 155 are both taken out of my account someone needs to take care of this situation I'm sick of this this is a lot of hassle and I will give a bad review if it's not taken care of

Positives:
The staff was very friendly and personable. The rooms were clean and breakfast was great! The woman that was working the breakfast was very efficient and ensured that nothing ran out and kept everything stocked and cleaned. I also liked that they texted to check in to make sure I didn't need anything half-way through my stay.
Negatives:
The only improvement I would mention is the water in the shower could have been hotter. I am a person that likes scolding hot showers. They were warm and fine but I could have used a little more steam.

Having some remodeling done at home & I needed a good, quiet rest. The bed was very comfortable & the pillows were perfect. The rooms are nice and quiet, and the AC worked wonderfully. The hotel & the grounds were nice and clean. Parking was adequate and convenient, right up front & well lit. Nice, big, flat screen TV worked wonderfully. Although I did not use the pool, my room was right above it on the 3rd floor and it looked very nice. I never went into the breakfast area, but I know the hotel offers it. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
The shower head was absolutely HORRIBLE, the worst. The shower head sprays water to the sides of the shower making it almost impossible to rinse off soap and soaking the bathroom floor. What should have been a quick shower was forever trying to rinse off under the ridiculous shower spray. This awful showerhead ruined an otherwise restful stay. The window curtains do not close in the room I had, I used a hair clip to pull them together. They are sheers so they only filter the light, the drapes don't close. There is also a desk lamp with no off switch and if you don't want it shining in your face all night you must unplug it. The minifridge in this room was just cool, certainly not cold. I only used it for my water though.

There was a hair on the toilet when we walked in, rust or something on the door frame of the restroom, the tiles were coming apart or broken in the restroom, the curtains were very stained. The price was not worth the hotel room. I paid $128 after taxes the night before at a hotel that was spectacular. I paid $187 for this hotel and it was nowhere near the expectations I had or cleanliness and friendliness of the first hotel. Very disappointed. Called the front desk after seeing all of this and was told I couldn't get a refund if I already went in the room.

The breakfast was great. The host was excellent giving advice of where to go and what to eat as well as places to visit. When my granddaughter had to go back to the car at night, he watched to make sure she made back in ok. Above and beyond his duties.
