Positives: Ben, the owner, "hires" people and pays them under the table, less than minimum wage, as they are homeless and live in tents by the property. He has a family member that works at the front desk that knows nothing about what hospitability means or looks like: he is from india and his attitude is less than. He is very demeaning, talking down to the patrons that come there to stay. There are a few ladies who are gems there that are in housekeeping and the front desk, but the owner and his family that work for him are despicable. I am surprised they have not been fined by Quality in for hiring people and paying them less than minimum wage, not on the books, and are living in tents by the property. What kind of people do Quality Inn allow to own their hotels? Very disappointing and disheartening. He has hotel rooms available that he could have those people stay in for starters, but refuses to do that. That is less than heartless and shows the quality of a human being he is to treat any human being that way, much less "an employee".
Negatives: The attitude of Ben and his family member who works at the front desk. Ben has taken out all tub stoppers, and despite having them, if you want to take a bath you can not because he refuses to put them back in saying he will have to do that for everyone. Breakfast is horrible. The housekeeping comes and gets the towels in the morning to wash, and if you go work out and come back you have no towels because they took them to wash and did not replace them. There were a few days they didn't even come clean my room, and didn't even come get the trash.

Positives: Good location
Negatives: They took out all the stops in all the bathtubs. They have them there to put in but Ben said if he did it for me he would have to do it for everyone. They miss days cleaning the room. The staff gets towels in the morning. When I get back from working out I don't have new towels in the room. People were sitting in chairs outside their room for 3 nights, smoking and drinking til past midnight. I had to call the office every night about them. One night onre of the staff members was part of the group. Instead of moving them, I had to pack my stuff and move rooms. Ben the manager has his family member Henry working there. They are from India I believe. Henry does not listen. Is defensive and accusatory. Is unpleasant. He lacks compassion, understanding, listening, and customer service skills. He is very jealous of Carrie. She is the only one there that has amazing customer service skills.

Negatives: I had an allergic reaction to the room and had to leave. They told me I was going to receive a refund for the room since I only stayed for a couple of hours and never received a call back or a refund.

Negatives: No hot water, lights occasionally didn’t work. Vending machines and other equipment such as washer and dryer were not working. TV didn’t allow additional services and very limited channel selection due to them not updating with the ISP. Some stains on the bed sheets.

For the price I would have rather paid an additional $30-$40 and stayed at a nice hotel.

Negatives: Very Dirty, TV broken, door didn’t latch correctly, could not find bugs but two of our party got bit. Best case scenario a flea as it is pet friendly, not mentioning worst case!

Positives: Location.
Negatives: Key card did not work after I went out to grab dinner. It took 1 hour for someone to finally come to the window outside to give me a new key. I was exhausted and had to sit in the parking lot with my dog for an hour until someone finally came.
