The facility was clean from office to room. Spacious room with large bathroom. Everything was very nice..

The man with the cleaning staff opened our door at 6 am wanting to know if we were checking out. Our room was paid for until the 11 am check out.
Completely unacceptable!!!!
I understand they want to get the room cleaned but to open the door on an elderly couple at 6am is dangerous. Yes dangerous!!!
Fortunately my husband has restrained himself from shooting first and asking questions later.
Otherwise it was fine.
