The facility was clean from office to room. Spacious room with large bathroom. Everything was very nice..

The man with the cleaning staff opened our door at 6 am wanting to know if we were checking out. Our room was paid for until the 11 am check out.
Completely unacceptable!!!!
I understand they want to get the room cleaned but to open the door on an elderly couple at 6am is dangerous. Yes dangerous!!!
Fortunately my husband has restrained himself from shooting first and asking questions later.
Otherwise it was fine.

Unacceptable entry!
Positives:
Easy to get to. Close to the historic district. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Had everything we needed. Check-in was fast and easy. Close to restaurants. Continental breakfast to get you started. Not a lot, but nice until we could get somewhere to get some protein. I would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

The road noise. This is not the fault of the staff bit you are on a main road and beside the interstate.

The promise about the breakfast. When I just got there there were only coffee, cereal bars and some kind of cookies. I thought it should be a complete breakfast.

I liked being able to bring my pet. The room was pretty clean and didn't have any bad smells.

The bedding looked dirty and needs to be updated. There's was a whole in the chair cushion. I asked for it to be replaced. When it was time to check out there was not anyone in the office.

Could not even try the breakfast. I had to sleep in my car to keep the roaches off my luggage and myself. If I had the resources, I would have definitely stayed somewhere else.

Rooms were clean and cheap. We were only going to be in the room for about 12 hours so finding something cheap was my priority. The bed was very comfortable, no sign of bugs and the shower was amazing. Coffee was nice.

Well the breakfast was not what I expected it was super continental. I thought there might be a waffle iron atleast but it was just granola bars, yogurt, fruit cups and oatmeal. There wasn't even any milk for the oatmeal so hot water only.
