Hotel was old, dirty, and noisy. I have always been a fan of Hampton Inn, and I'm willing to pay a little extra because of there appearance and service. This Hotel does not meet the standards of Hampton Inn. Very disappointed!

The room was way below par. More like a motel six room. Extremely disappointing Bed was horrible - dingy bathroom subpar - lousy

Poor staff. Arrived to find no pillows on our king bed. Asked the front desk and 4 hours later there were still no pillows. I had to go to the lobby and wait in a 15 minute line , then waited 20 more minutes in the lobby. Terrible.

Staff had no sense of urgency. Was like watching sloths work, the doors were on the outside like a Howard Johnson. Has 70s era dirty furniture in the rooms. Breakfast was mediocre at best. I actually considered switching to IHG rewards over Hilton.

Nothing. Hotel was not what I usually get for a Hampton inn. Stayed at many wont stay again.
Negatives:
Toilet was too low and was an older one and wastes water. Shower was dirty. The AC unit made a horrible noise at night which made it impossible to sleep. Beds did not appear to have clean sheets on them. There was a funky order in the room.

It was very uncomfortable.

Nothing. We paid for a two queen room with a sofa, when we got to the room it was a single king and when I went back the girl didnt act like she didnt understand what rooms were what. We ended up in a two queen bed room. The carpet was so nasty.

A/c didn't work very well the property needs updated,the bed had a sheet and a very heavy blanket so the bed was hot and it made noise we have there several times but it's pretty tired the people there were nice.

The staff was very nice and very helpful. The breakfast was great and the room was so comfortable. The options for food surrounding are so convenient that u can just walk to! Is a peaceful place even tho it's in the middle of town. I will be bringing my family back here.
