Extremely clean rooms.

We booked this room because your website indicated there was a restaurant, there was not. There were a couple issues with the room , we told the front desk, nothing was addressed.

Staff was excellent. Very welcoming and professional. I had my service animal with me and they were understanding and gracious.

The clerk who checked us in was nice.

We got kicked out of the hotel because the door to our room was stuck and my husband had to push hard to get it open and the door frame splintered and the man who claims he cleaned the room said there was nothing wrong with the door and it was our fault, the manager said we couldn't stay there and had to fine somewhere else, which cost us twice what we would have paid there because it was late afternoon and we were afraided we would't be able to find anything. They acted like we had torn the door up on purpose, I couldn't believe it, this has never happened to us before, I am almost 69 years old and my husband is 65 why would we do such a thing?
