The cleaning lady was very nice.
Negatives:
The rooms had obvious mold. No coffee, not in room or in the lobby as offered. There are people who live there arguing constantly and loudly. The staff is incredibly rude and inconsiderate. The room service was knocking at the door at 8am- check out is 11am and we were staying another night, just obnoxious.

I booked a smoking room I called and was told there was a smoking room once I showed up I was told there was no smoking rooms that they would fix it in the morning on my second stay the next morning the man told me he had smoking rooms, but that was for a new guess not guess that have already been checked in and cannot move me to a smoking room even though I booked and called ahead

Nice and quiet. Need better housekeeping.

Someone left a beauty sponge on the counter near the sink , there was a bar of used soap in the shower and the shower curtain was moldy.

The Beds where ok
Negatives:
The toilet could have worked and the shower could have work better and the people can have been more friendly instead of trying to rush us out of the hotel. I have a special knee kid that takes a little bit to get into a vehicle and they was trying to rush us. I will not get that motel again. It wasn’t that clean and the plugs ends didn’t work that good it was a fire hazard.

It was dirty. The beds were hard as a rock. I asked for extra towels and they didn’t provide. The room I got first someone lived there for 3 weeks and it smelled like cigarettes and body odor.
