Positives:
Morning lady was polite. Late night check I took 40 min, so som retraining meds to happen w/ late night staff. Breakfast stops @ 9:30. Coffee included.. wick should be available through morning check out times.

Floors in room were filthy my white socks were brown from 2 trips to bathroom.. fridge diid not work, Was quoted 20 for pet fee but then late. Ought guy charged mt25.

Nothing we were there for less then 20 minutes total. We checked in went to the room and found a massive brown and reddish stain on the mattress of the first bed we checked. We have pictures and cancellation confirmation screenshot from the front desk clerk.
