Close to many food spots, right off highway. Staff was friendly.
Negatives:
The bed sheets were not clean and I found hair that did not belong to me on my pillow. There were also white stains on the bed skirt and a pair of little girl’s shorts under the mattress. It did not seem like fresh sheets were put on my bed.

The couch was in bad shape and the room was arranged weirdly random furniture in the room

The toilet wouldn't flush, and the contents ran all over the floor. The refrigerator made so much noise that we had to pull it out from the wall an unplug it. All this happened late at night when we should have been sleeping. I doubt that you will follow up on my comments with a response.

The breakfast was surprisingly decent. Waffle maker, two cereal options, oatmeal, bagels, muffins, and yogurt available. Juice, coffee, and milk. Not bad.
Negatives:
The facility has a lot of issues, the doors don't even close properly. The floors are uneven, the beds were rock hard. It's old and in need of repair.

Check-in took forever. Room wasn’t super clean- we found random hairs that didn’t belong to us. Cigarette burns on wrinkled bed linens. Sizable gap between door and frame felt kind of unsafe.

I loved the staff they were super nice and helpful. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. We also had plenty of room for everyone and noone was too cramped.
Negatives:
When we walked into the room it smelled like marijuana and for someone that doesn;t smoke that is a huge problem. Also our room phone did not work and The front desk staff tried calling us but the phone to the room did not ring. The bathroom was super small and had to call and turn the shower on

I did not like that the dead bolt lock was broke, you had housekeeping come too much. I did not like that the whole time checking in the front desk lady was on her phone talking to someone else during the transaction. The call can wait.
