We arrived to a complete rundown property. A women who appeared to be on something came to my car asking for money before we could get out. I canceled the reservation in my car before even getting out as we felt completely unsafe. I want a full refund for this. We ended up going to the holiday inn express down the street instead.

There was no breakfast, the hotel was horrible. The hot water didn’t work in the sink. They did not provide any towels or soap, shampoo. The bed was hard and lumpy. The lamp kept going on and off. They said the pool was out of service or not working. Nothing they described on there website was correct. We were kept up all night by the people above us sounding like they were moving furniture all night. It was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in in the entire lifetime (in 58 years). I want a refund. And you should not book hotels that are that from from the truth or from what they say they have to offer.

That the room was nothing like the website described. The shower head was hanging out of the wall, no towels or toiletries were provided. The beds were hard and lumpy. And the other people (in the room above us) stayed up all night loud sounded like they were dragging furniture across the floor all night every few mins.
