We did not get to use the breakfast because we had to leave at 5;45 A.M. for an appointment. We liked the location, close to the hospital and near restaurants. The bathroom was updated and clean. Staff was good.
Negatives:
The booking company price was TOO high. The rate at the hotel without reservation was $20 less, and more in line with the quality. The mattresses were hard. No microwave or refrigerator in our room, though another guest said they had one in their room. What? Most hotels will have a sheet, blanket and comforter on their beds so that you can adjust according to how warm or cool you need it. This one only had a sheet and thick comforter. So with only a sheet, I was too cold and with the comforter I was too warm. I know. Sounds strange. But that's how I felt.

There was essentially no breakfast. My husband found awful bacon and French toast sticks. There was no coffee!
Negatives:
There were long black hairs in the bathroom. The towels & washcloths are situated too far from the tub. Should be easily reachable to prevent falls. Our room was connected to another room but there was a lock. The peep hole cover was broken. So I took soft soap and inserted it in the peephole. No drapes in the room, just a type of blind. VERY dissatisfied.
