Negatives: I didnt like anything

Negatives: The smell of weed in the hall and room

Negatives: Most of it. Staff wasn’t friendly, barely spoke to me at check in (which was the only time they did other than when our room cards stopped working which I believe was intentional.) & otherwise acted like we weren’t there. My friends and I were in town for a concert, I came to check in at around 3:30pm and then went to the venue to meet them because we were camping for the show. We knew we would be going to the hotel first thing in the morning to shower, sleep and then get ready & stay the night there after the show but we were going to be back and forth the first day. At some point, our room key cards just didn’t work anymore. The front desk staff had looked at us like we weren’t supposed to be there as is, so we got the feeling something was involved there. Besides that, the whole hotel smelled like a pack of cigarettes & just musty. Only one elevator was running for our stay so each time we needed to do anything, we had to sit and wait. The room itself was large but felt dirty. The carpet was absolutely disgusting, and the walls looked like someone was actively smoking in there- and considering the smoke alarm covered by a grocery bag, they probably were. The two beds were lumpy but okay. The fold out couch bed wouldn’t pull out all the way to be usable, and from the stink and look of the mattress, we wouldn’t have touched it anyway. It also took 3 of us to get it to fold back up entirely. The kitchenette is a joke- they say items are included to cook except they aren’t! They’re something you pay for when you get there. We skipped out on that, it probably wouldn’t have worked anyways since most of the outlets didn’t either. The bathroom was fairly clean at least and the roof didn’t leak but outside of that? Don’t expect much. The friendliest staff on site was the housekeeping team who were very kind to us and gave us some extra towels as the room didn’t have enough for the 4 people we booked for.

Negatives: The protocol was when guests leave their things in the room they said the save the items in a storage for up to one month but in my case they thrown out my belongings in the trash and they dont know what staff cleaned out my room. She said she wasnt res

Negatives: I didn't like any part of the stay except the view from my room. The staff has no customer service skills. All there amenities are out of order and out dated. The elevator keeps breaking. They don't serve breakfast only coffee. The staff are sleep at night and they turn all the lights out in the lobby, ppl are just standing in the dark waiting to check in.

Negatives: It wasn’t the staff it was the guest. They kept peeing in the stairway on our floor.
