Negatives: I did not like the rooms not being that clean as they could be.

Negatives: I thought it was no smoking On 8 th floor Suites were we were staying at every night someone was smoking weed in there room ! From Friday to Sunday I smelled so bad like it was in my room!! Behind the dresser was a bunch of wrappers from snacks and paper no one cleaned it. The water didn’t get that hot to take a shower with it was warm.

Negatives: I was told that I could receive a package on ck in day even if I wasn't there yet. However the person on the desk refused the pkg because no one w that name had a room.

Negatives: The hotel had an old smell and the room wasn’t like it showed

Negatives: A Lot of slamming doors on my floor....all throughout the night.

Negatives: We were on the bottom level and it had a musty smell

Negatives: Terrible parking. Long walks outside and inside. No bellhops. Long walk to check in and longer to elevator! Small “suite” had only one chair. No couch as shown. Breakfast was ok but plates so cold your food was cool by the time you ate it. Surely breakfast attendant! Definitely would NOT stay here again!!

Negatives: $100 per night per room deposit (I had 2 rooms & stayed 3 nights) Parking lot not located near any entrances Rooms smelled like cigarettes and had roaches and furniture had burn marks Only the kitchens are renovated in the suites, everything else is old and stained or watered-damaged (ceilings and walls included) Bathroom Hot water is a joke, good luck finding some The "breakfast" is a small table with 4 serving dishes, don't plan to be able to feed your family We asked for a complete set of bedding for the sofa bed on 3 separate occasions, but we never received them. Just bags with pillows and being told we can't find any sheets that will fit Indoor pools and jacuzzi are closed for renovations but the only thing that looks completely renovated is the lobby The walls are thin you can hear everything from the next room & hallways Pets are allowed so I had the not pleasure of listening to a dog bark every time someone was in the hallway (the majority of the night) Smoke detectors in the hallway are chirping because batteries haven't been replaced We were locked out of our suite for an entire evening because the front desk night staff wanted to be unprofessional, and argumentative, talk over me, and not assist or communicate. A different front desk staff did the bare minimum 3.5 hours later by providing another room for the remainder of the night after my constantly going to the front desk (it was 130am-400am of an ordeal with this night staff). They never resolved the issue or communicated with the morning staff that we were still locked out of our room nearly 12 hours later!! 1 call to Gene at the front desk and in less than 5 minutes she had Evans at my door and it was opened in less than a minute! Only proves that the overnight staff lacked the experience, competence, and professionalism to handle the situation.

Negatives: This location is in the middle of renovations, im kinda ocd so the main thing is the lamp colors. Some a terrible blue white and some are a warm color warm should be preferable
