Yes to be a three star hotel there was no free breakfast not even a muffin. The pool was not open or the gym.

Water pressure was low at times. The chair was broken. The pool being closed after being lied to really made me upset. Downstairs loitering and they disactivate your card without telling, making you go back to front. And check out took so long and also...

There?s no atm but the snack items require cash for purchase. The Tv lost signal for 80% of my stay. It was fostfrustrating

Nothing to write home about! It was clean and that is always a plus. Close to shopping.

The desk clerk told me I would have to pay $100 deposit. If I paid with a card, it would be 20 days to get a refund. If I paid cash, I get it in the morning. And if I didn't have it, I would lose the $75 I already paid for room. Also no free breakfast

They tried to charge me a $35 early check-in fee for attempting to check in 36 minutes early. How ridiculous is that? The TV cable connection kept pixelating, The laminate flooring was filthy. Even at reduced rates, this place isn't worth it.

Staff is very rude.. Manager charged me a deposit of 500.00 that was supposed to be a hold and wound up being a charge. 20 days later is still on my credit card so now i have to pay interest on that charge.
