When I got to the property on August 28, my room was canceled for some reason they could not explain why the computer canceled my room so we was left without a room. That’s how we end up to the filthy quality Inn very disappointed to have travel over 10 hours not to have somewhere to stay they were booked and all the decent hotels were book in the area. I was very disappointed. Never had this ever happen before. Wanted to talk to the manager about it, but she was on vacation really would like to be compensated for the mixup me not having a room the first night of my three night stay
