Positives: It was nice to be able to park and cruise
Negatives: The room had a musky odor, the elevator had a horrible sound and made you think it was unsafe! Once again we called when we returned back from the cruise, had to wait 50 minutes at the cruise terminal for a cab to come get us when there were cabs out front we could have taken! The cab service they use is Yellow cab, which are the most run down cabs I’ve ever seen, so dirty inside them and all you could smell was burnt oil and gasoline the entire ride! Twice I have stayed here, the staff have not been friendly and when I commanded about my 50 minute wait at the terminal, I was told that they have been instructed to try to make it a two way trip and yes we had to wait until someone was ready to be dropped off at the terminal before we got picked up! I have another trip in January but I will be canceling that reservation! I will not stay if I can’t use one of the cabs parked outside the terminal and the hotel reimburse the driver for the fee! And stop using the run down nasty cabs!
