Positives:
I liked the setup of the hotel. You walk outside your door and you can look down into the lobby. That was the first time I saw that in a hotel.
Negatives:
I wish they would serve seasoned potatoes or hash browns for breakfast.

They didn't mention before booking there was a $15.00 incidentals fee by card only (no cash) when checking in. And lumpy mattress.

The staff and maintence were very helpful in making my stay pleasant despite not having a pool even though the hotel was advertised with a pool.

I chose this hotel based upon and that it had a pool outside. The pool never worked. This was revealed on the site and the first room that I was given the couch was broken. I was assigned a different room but still no pool!! Kids love to be in a pool.

The hotel (Holiday Inn Express) far exceeded my expectations, this hotel is so accommodating, I love my stay, has all the amenities that anyone could ask for, I only have one problem, the staff is not too fluent in English, but I can understand what them

The hotel was very clean, there was an attendant at the breakfast bar at all times and the noise level was excellent, had no problem sleeping because the noise level was non existent
