I liked the setup of the hotel. You walk outside your door and you can look down into the lobby. That was the first time I saw that in a hotel.

I wish they would serve seasoned potatoes or hash browns for breakfast.

I chose this hotel based upon and that it had a pool outside. The pool never worked. This was revealed on the site and the first room that I was given the couch was broken. I was assigned a different room but still no pool!! Kids love to be in a pool.

The hotel was very clean, there was an attendant at the breakfast bar at all times and the noise level was excellent, had no problem sleeping because the noise level was non existent

Things falling off the wall, the pool was not open even though they said it would be, there was a cockroach in our room, we asked for extra pillows never got them, asked for more towels never got them, I was told someone would call me but they never did.
