Room service/House keeping was rude! They kept just coming in our room when we asked not to if we don't need anything. They barged in anyway and I wasn't dressed! They also came to have us check out when we had another day there and barged in our rm again

The door knob kept falling off when we would leave the room. The keys didnt work we had to exchange keys. The TV was working but when I tried to change the channel the service went out and never came back. We had a movie that we were looking to watch. Therefore we had no TV. The bedroom cover had a burnt hole on it that was not a pleasant look. No hangers in the room to hang my clothes and no iron we had to go ask for one and he said be careful it might stick so I didnt use it .

We rented this room our our drive home from Florida. It was spring break and the masters were in town. All hotels were booked. We stayed for about 20 mins and left. If was disgusting and we felt unsafe. Please do not stay here
