The front staff was very friendly and interacted with a smile

Based on all the pictures it looked updated and clean.

Damaged door, very sticky floors, AC barely worked and made a loud scratching noise when on. We found stained pillow cases with other peoples hair, mold in bathroom that was just painted over and showing through. There were also two men yelling at 3 AM.

Front desk very rude, charged us a $50 deposit for if we smoke they will keep it. We dont smoke in the first place. The bath room was dirty, not cleaned well. Hair on the counter, in the sink and the tub.

Staff watched every move we made. Watched us on cameras constantly. When we got in the room it had blood all over the walls. We stayed off and on for a few weeks and the manager decided we had to pay a deposit bc my child got chocolate on the sheet of the previous room. We will never spend our money at this place again! Its too expensive. I believe the reason the manager decided we should pay a deposit is bc we where getting the room at half the cost online. He didnt like that we renewed online instead of at the desk where he can overcharge.
