Sonesta is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

Positives:
The staff was very friendly. The room and hallway were clean. Overall, I felt comfortable and enjoyed my stay.
Negatives:
The restaurant wasn't open because of Covid, but the pool was, go figure. You'll have to walk to get to a restaurant.
They ran out of plastic eating utensils, so I couldn't buy the microwavable meals they had available.

Positives:
Location was convenient to get to downtown and the airport, but was not a safe area.
Negatives:
Hotel was relatively clean and an overall average hotel, but we did not feel safe walking around the area it was located in. We witnessed a drug deal in the adjacent gas station and you could hear gunfire from outside the hotel late one night.

I didn’t like that the room had bed bugs. When I noticed the front desk they told me it was nothing they could do. I had to go above and beyond just to get results. I called to get information after I left and the lady hung up on me 2 times. They are horrible
