Room and bathroom were dirty, sheets were stained! The air conditioner also was not working properly and the room never got below 73 which wasn’t very cool. Had to run to Walmart and grab a set of sheets for both beds and the sheets were visibly stained and had hair on them. Requested rooms be changed and showed pictures,but was told they had no available rooms and the hotel was fully booked. They didn’t not even offer to change the sheets. Definitely disappointing for a room that cost $233 for one night (not even a full 24 hours with how check-in and out times are set up).

The hotel staff were very nice and friendly.

This location was below standard compared to other Hampton Inns we have enjoyed. The bed was creaky and hard in places-it needs to be replaced. The "king room with sofa bed" did NOT have a sofa bed-just an open corner space. The floor could have been vacuumed more carefully. The A/C unit worked but was loud. AND, the room rate was outrageous! We reserved through Booking.com and were informed that this was the only room left in the hotel for the two nights we needed. However, the hotel was far from fully booked, and we feel deceived and ripped off. We will never use Booking.com again.
