Positives:
The location was great and price was reasonable.
Negatives:
The smell of smoke on arrival was overwhelming. Sheets and blankets on arrival were wrinkled and the bed looked just thrown together. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Stayed 3 nights and never saw housekeeping. Had to make our bed, empty our garbage and track down clean towels. Was too much like being home.

The property doesn’t have 24/7 customer service. I could not do the check out because anybody was at the front desk/ lobby. I left my card key at the front desk because it was time to go and nobody showed up.

It was clean but could...
Positives:
The breakfast wasn’t sanitary. They had a gallon of milk, a large packet of butter and a large packet of cream cheese in the refrigerator for all guests to use. Am I supposed to trust that the person before me has clean hands, didn’t touch the food with a used utensil, etc. You can understand, I’m sure. I didn’t touch the food.
The location was great. Close to where we needed to be for the weekend. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good.
Negatives:
The walls were so thin you could hear people having conversations. There was a dog barking when I was trying to sleep, there were people being loud after 10:00.
We were given a tiny piece of soap to use for both the sink and the shower. No tissues.
When I removed the plastic bag from one of the little garbage bins (I was looking for an extra one), there was trash from another guest stuck to the bottom of the bin.

Roaches in the room, floor dirty, sink dirty, breakfast was bare minimum and block of.cream cheese and butter with bread crumbs on it, vending machines empty. Told them about the roaches they handed me a can of raid which I can't spray around my dog or 6 year old. I paid 377 for 2 nights they offered me 10% reimbursement.
