It had very few TV channels so there was nothing to watch on TV. The floor sweated even though I only had the temperature set at 71 so it was wet

Front Desk Associate was very nice and a pleasure. Providing great customer service. Along with honesty when questioned about why it was misleading in presentation of photos.

It looked ran down and trashs was all over the parking lot. It was not what it presented in the photos. It looked really nasty on the outside and was not pleased. However, misleading and not what was expected. Sadly. We only stayed one night. We did not feel like switching hotels. The pictures online of building exterior and interior are outdated. It seems it downgraded from what it used to be. And the trash all over the parking lot did not help. Especially being it was in parking spaces guests could've occupied. Ain't nobody picking up trash if you are a customer. Just saying. It was not inviting.

I liked mostly everything

The room itself was okay, but there was a bad smell throughout the whole hotel that seeped into the room. There were several places where there was damage to walls and floors. The bedside table was broken. The bedside lamps were so low and large that made the nightstand unusable.

The only thing I like was the location. It was 3 miles from my event.

My room had a sour smell due to water coming through the floor by the a/c. I told the lady at the front desk and she just gave me towels to put on the floor instead of offering to move us to another room. I have worked in hotels and didn’t like the way they handled this situation. First of all, water coming through the floor is a safety hazard. What if my mom or I had of fallen then that could have have led to legal consequences. The lady at the front desk acted like she didn’t have a care in the world and told me she would make a note of it. When I checked out, I let the lady at front desk know and she let me know that the previous front desk lady didn’t make a note or anything. So, she did put a note and said she wasn’t going to rent the room. I will not be staying here again!!!
