Positives:
Staff were friendly. Price was affordable.
Negatives:
No shower pressure, filthy from the front door to the booger that was flung on the wall above the toilet. I'll spend more next time on my rooms to avoid the filthyness. Had some ghetto family causing a disturbance in the lobby and the police were called. Just don't do it if your with your family.

The location is good, but that's all that's good about this hotel.
Negatives:
Evidently, all the hotel guests were put on the same floor. There were only about 5-7 cars in the parking lot. The guests next t me kept running up and down the halls and screaming really loud. I checked in around 8pm. At 1:45am I went to report the noise to the front desk and the family making the noise was there in the lobby. The employee working the desk told them she had already received 3 complaints about the noise and if she received one more, they would have to leave. ONE MORE...what's the magic number? TEN! She place us in another room that was hot and musty. The air conditioner wasn't turned on and I found out why. Once it's turned on, it makes a horrible loud rattling noise. Horrible hotel, poor customer service. I will never stay there again and I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Carpets in the hallways were dirty, flooring in our room was damaged. Rust in the bathroom ceiling. People outside drinking and rolling up blunts.

Room 121 Loose toilet seat, No shampoo,caulk in the bathroom, Rusted toilet paper holder, Rust stains on the ceiling, crud around the sink faucet, Overspray on the towel rack, dirty lamp bases, AC unit broken and not enough room to list all the problems.
