The recent refurbished is great! The hotel was fresh and super clean. Staff were all quite friendly. The breakfast on Saturday was good. Sundays was awful but Saturday was surprisingly tasty.

Our stay was the best ever!

The desk clerk was very apologetic that there was no record of my reservation from bookong.com. Turns out I have to make my reservation at least 4 to 5 hours before arrival for the hotel to be notified

That booking.com can't get it's act together. Even though I didn't get to stay at this hotel because of no record of my reservation they charged me for a night's stay!!!

Customer service was great. The lady at the front desk was very accommodating and Dennis was excellent at breakfast service. The breakfast was fresh and decent. Room was clean.

Under maintenance. I wasn't aware beforehand but it is needed and it wasn't noisy. Pool was closed and had to park at business next door. Not too bad though

The staff was amazing. Dennis met us as came to breakfast with a sunny smile and attitude. He was such a fun person and started off our day feeling great. He gave us insight into the hottest coffee and told us all that was available for breakfast. Great employee!

The staff was great. The housekeepers were so polite and friendly. The breakfast staff was wonderful and so was the front desk staff.

It was run down looking but they told me they were remodeling it. One morning it was noisy while they moved old furniture out and stored new furniture in that room. They didn’t wake me up. It should be really nice upon completion!

We were very pleased with the friendlessness of the staff, however we will not stay here on our future visits to Fort Stewart. Our room had the dirtiest bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel. The toilet itself was so dirty(not like someone just went) but like it had not been cleaned in months. A black ring around the top and around where the water sits in the bowl. Black! If no one has scrubbed the inside the I am sure no one has wiped the seat or fixtures either. It was so bad that I went downstairs each time I needed to go. This room over all was fine, but was quite old and there were full cracked tiles in the bathroom. I reported the state of the bathroom(and showed her the picture) to the desk attendant who said "sorry" and then my husband spoke to the day manager who gave him a bag of chocolate to say sorry. Considering I didn't use the toilet or shower, due to the state they were in, it feels like at least a small percentage off the room would have been more appropriate. My husband tried to shower bc he was going to a medical appt and the bathroom fixtures were literally falling out of the wall. I think they need to sequester this room until some improvements can be made or offer discounted rates. Again, very nice people but this room was 140.00 so I expect to at least have a mostly clean bathroom. At least not one that is so filthy I go downstairs instead.
