Coffee pot was beyond dirty, see attached photo. It should be thrown away.
Sliding glass shower door didn't close so we gad to take a shower without and the floor and towels got soaked.
We were not told there was no housekeeping while we were there. We were not given clean towels. When we asked for them, we were told we had to gather all the dirty towels and bring them to the desk and she would give us clean ones.
We were 3 adult women and 1 child. We purposely got a room with a fold-out couch. There were 2 yellowed pillows for the fold-out. No sheets, no pillow cases, no blanket.

During our four-day stay, we experienced significant challenges regarding the availability of replacement towels. Additionally, the pool was out of service, which was a primary attraction for our children. We also encountered issues with the air conditioning in the hallways, resulting in uncomfortable conditions upon our arrival. When we do understand things happens.
On the final evening of our visit, we were surprised by a knock at our door at 11:45 PM, during which we were informed that we had received three noise complaints. It is important to note that we had just returned to our suite after spending half of the day away from the hotel. As a family of six, we did not engage in any excessive noise; rather, we were merely enjoying light conversation and laughter.
We had booked the largest suite available for our family's needs. Consequently, the late-night disturbance was quite unsettling. Furthermore, I subsequently noticed a charge of over $300 labeled as accidental on my card. Which was quickly denied. I had paid all fees in advance through Booking.com to secure the best possible rate.
Upon contacting the hotel regarding this additional charge, the staff member incorrectly stated that our credit card had not gone through with Booking.com. This assertion is inaccurate, as we would have been unable to check in otherwise. Additionally, I had been asked to provide a $100 deposit for potential damages, of which I was not previously informed but was fined because it normal to pay that. We travel a lot. I will say this service nothing like it use to be.

The Staff was great & walking distance to Walmart or Restaurants.

The Room was dirty, the window was dirty, only one vending machine which only had milk in stock, the pool was closed even though it looked fine to swim in, the ice machine on my floor was broke, only one elevator worked, zero sound proof between floors or rooms.

Yes, the room had been switched to another room. I was supposed to have two queen beds but only had one. I did not receive a phone call or email stating that there was a room change. I reserved the room in March because I knew they fill up quick.

The receptionist was the best she went over and above to accommodate our needs during our stay very professional and friendly.

The pool was out of service for our entire stay, our television didn’t work our first night we had to wait the next day for someone to repair it, no clean sheets nor room service the entire stay. Not good! Very noisy kids running up and down the hall and very loud in their rooms

It is in the BEST location you could imagine. Near Walmart, Wawa, Chili’s, a buffet…all in walking distance

All staff was new…I mean all the staff…took the front desk girl 30 mins to check us in…we had a total of 3 rooms. My room (225) floors, shower, refrigerator, microwave all dirty…. Tv was off but still played…caulk all over shower walls… hair on toilet…ac unit looked like it was taped to the wall…pool out of service…. No plates for breakfast they had to walk to Walmart…microwave smelled like fish so the whole front of the room smelled fishy
