I didn’t like the heat not working in my room and I got locked out of my room for a good 30 mins at 1am. The lady downstairs had to come upstairs with a device to unlock it after the 3rd time of me returning to the front desk. I had to stay in my room for fear of being locked out again. It was cold outside and my heat in my room did not work it was blowing super cold and I had to just turn the whole thing off.

Cockroaches, hotel's housekeeping who directly told us they would return with fresh towels and never returned. When I mentioned to the front desk that we needed towels and what housekeeping had promised. I was told that housekeeping had left for the day.
