I was told that their pool "was closed for the season" when it was 90 degrees out! They did not provide shampoo or conditioner. The bathroom door handle was broken--thought I would be stuck in the bathroom when I closed the door. The toilet paper roll holder was detached from the wall.

The first room that they gave me had condom wrappers all over the floor the face and hand rags were dirty the towels were dirty the sheets and blankets were dirty. I let the people know at the front desk what was going on and they had the audacity to say they know. Then gave me another room in that room the sheets has cigarette Burns in them it was dirty spots all on the floor in the room had a little scent

The service was offer. Asked for extra linens, didn't have any.. the room was not a kitchenette, pool didn't work. I will never ever stay there again. Asked for a rollaway bed or pullout in another room, willing to pay, didn't happen.

Coffee was hot. Bed was firm. Unit was clean.

Breakfast was not a good experience. The attendant was not on the job. Juice machine was broken. Waffle maker was a mess and unusable. Only 3 slices of bread in bread container - no variety. No fruit. No hot food. Our unit had a poorly fitted door which had open space at top and bottom, which we had to plug to keep bugs out. When registering I requested an upper unit and I was told that all upper units were “smoking”, which I find both hard to believe and an incredibly bad practice. Location was extremely noisy during the evening from highway traffic and some customers occupying units who sat in running vehicles and who clearly were not travellers.
