Bed wasn't comfortable....charge u security deposit before u arrive but don't have any amenities . Security deposit $100 ....more than nice hotels in the area...been 3 days haven't recieved my deposit back

We stay here often and we love the hotel. We had a great getaway.

We were in room 120. Im pretty sure we have been in that room before. The reason I bring it up is because we had a problem with the air conditioner before and maintenance was in our room half of our stay. This time it was a little cold in our room (Georgia weather) so I tried to turn on the heat and it didn’t work at all. However, I was not calling maintenance to have them in the room half of our stay seeing how we were only there one night. I just know to request not to have room 120.

The breakfast was good, but could use some variety and larger coffee/juice cups. The small cups made eating in the room difficult.

All of the phones in my roon were not functional. The lamp shades were worn out and dirty. The shower head was not fully functional. Tvs were a bit small for the living area.
