The check in staff was rude, not helpful with directions to the room. The view was awful. I paid way too much for an ocean view to see nothing but trees and bushes outside my door and window! There was rust on everything metal and the bath tub has nasty eroding rust on the bottom of it. I talked to another couple that booked a rewards night and they got put in a room that had trees and bushes in the way of the view but they went and moved rooms. My check in was late at night traveling by myself and they put me on the far end in a sketchy place with no view. I just didnt know I didnt have a view because I couldnt see anything due to the dull lights for the turtles.

I want compensation for paying for a room with an ocean view and there was NO view.
